Given the building's location within the historical context of Rasht, ensuring coordination of the facade with its surroundings was paramount. Municipal regulations stipulate the use of white cement facades in this region. The architectural plan comprises three main sections: Showrooms, Offices, and Services. Showroom areas occupy the lower levels, featuring expansive openings. To regulate visibility into the office levels from outside, lattice metal shells adorn the facade of intermediate floors. These sheets undergo sandblasting post laser cutting, followed by painting. The project's three distinct functions are reflected in its exterior design. To address the nearby intersection, the middle levels protrude, creating space for pedestrians to pause and observe.
